Processing

We process server logs for security (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), account and platform data to provide the requested services (Art. 6(1)(b)), legal records (Art. 6(1)(c)), and optional analytics or external media only with consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25 TDDDG). Hosting is provided by IONOS SE in Germany under a data-processing agreement.

Platform data

Registration, public profile settings, professional role evidence, community content, messages, bookings, collaborations, events, playlists, support requests and uploaded media are processed according to their function and selected visibility. Passwords are hashed and private media is access-controlled.

Cookies and external media

Essential session, security and language cookies are required. Pseudonymous first-party analytics is retained for no more than 14 months after consent. Google Maps and Google Translate load only after separate external-media consent. Settings can be withdrawn at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer.

Newsletter and providers

Newsletter subscriptions use double opt-in and can be cancelled at any time. Explicitly selected Instagram publishing may transfer publication content to Meta. Optional administrative AI drafting may use the OpenAI API. Third-country transfers require safeguards under Articles 44 et seq. GDPR.

Retention and rights

Data is deleted when no longer needed unless legal retention or defence duties apply. You may exercise rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent by emailing us. You may complain to the Saxon Data Protection and Transparency Commissioner at datenschutz.sachsen.de.
